RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We Accept Exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.  Exchanged items will be delivered back within 20 days of delivery of receiving the original item unused.  The shipping cost both ways will be paid by the buyer.

We Don’t Accept Returns Or Cancellations

The Following Items Can’t Be Exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept exchanges for:

  • custom or personalized orders
  • items on sale

We Don’t Accept Returns Or Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products all items are final sale. However, refunds or exchanges will be eligible if the item is damaged during the shipping process. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please attach a photo of the shipping box and product when you contact us.

DELIVERY POLICIES

Ordering Process

Your order will be shipped once the product is paid and ready for shipment.  All orders are shipped via Canada Post using expedited shipping.  As our products are often freshly made upon receiving orders, please allow 2-4 days for shipping.  Before checkout, ensure that the shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for products not arriving due to an incorrect address.

Shipping Time Estimates:

Canada:  Approximately 4-7 days

Damaged on Arrival

Some of our products are fragile in nature such as ceramic and glass products. While they are carefully packaged with plenty of support to prevent breakages this may occur based on variables out of our control through a 3rd party courier service. 

 

If your order arrives with damage(s) please take several photos of the following:

  • condition of the shipping box with a clear shot of the label
  • for each damaged product please take a photo of the product with the label clearly in the photo

 

Once the photos are sent to us we can create a case with our courier and send you a refund.
